Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had buttons had to press multiple times for response.Customer stated scratches on screen and rejected new batteries.Customer stated screen was polarized.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
