Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had issues with buttons sticking or being difficult to press.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.Customer reported that insulin pump hd rejected new battery and failed battery test and rewind more than once.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
