Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump screen had scratches and customer was getting hard to read the screen.Motor was worked intermittently sometimes would be work slowly.Insulin squirted out during priming.Took longer time to rewind.The backlight was dimmer.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
