Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had no delivery alarm.The customer stated there was unexplained or random no delivery alarm.Customer reported there was hairline fracture in reservoir at the threading.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
