Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump's buttons were sticky and unresponsive.Customer stated that insulin pump's screen were scratched.Insulin pump received unexplained no delivery alarm and was rejecting new batteries.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
