Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had buttons were harder to push.Customer stated that the insulin pump rejected new battery and rewinds more than once per prime and crack across the screen and also slower to rewind and also had no delivery alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
