Event Description
Information was received from a patient regarding their implantable neurostimulator (ins).Information was reported that the patient stated he was charging the ins and the controller went blank/unresponsive.The patient stated that in additional he is not getting any stimulation.The caller stated it happened before that the controller went blank, but the ins was still functioning.The patient stated now it seems like neither are working.The patient stated he tried resetting the controller four times last night and that did not resolve the issue.The patient was walked through resetting the controller and it powered on and the device showed the device was in mri mode.The caller exited mri mode and turned stimulation back on.The patient stated everything is working now.The controller battery is at 50% and the ins is at 90%.No further complications were reported.No patient symptoms were reported.
 
Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient.The cause of the issue was with the battery.The customer service representative helped the patient to charge to 100%.No symptoms or further complications were reported.
