Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was died without alerting low battery life.The customer stated that they had to reset the settings.The buttons of the insulin pump were harder to press.The insulin pump had an unexplained no delivery alarm and another pump error alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
