Event Description
It was reported that during blood infusion an evo iq pump displayed an alarm of excess air in line while being used with two (2) blood sets.It was further reported that there were micro bubbles forming in the line of the sets.It was stated that the blood may been colder than normal before the infusion was started.There was no report of patient injury or medical intervention associated with this event.No additional information was is available.
