Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump act button was sticking.Customer stated insulin delivery suspected irregularly and unexplained no delivery alerts.Customer stated condensation inside the screen.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
