Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error alarm.Insulin pump had no delivery alarm.Insulin pump failed battery test alarm.Customer stated that the battery cap was cracked.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
