Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump was non responsive to b brand new battery as well as had act button non responsive.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer stated that insulin pump received random no delivery alarm and diminished battery life.The device will not be returned for analysis.
