Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was squirting out insulin.The customer stated the device had wear and tear over the screen and buttons.Insulin pump had rejected batteries.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
