Event or Problem Description
The customer's daughter reported via phone call that her mother was in hospital due to low blood glucose and dehydration on (b)(6) 2020 at 8 pm and she was off the insulin pump.Customer¿s blood glucose level was 64 mg/dl.Customer had diarrhea and vomiting.Customer was treated with fluids and hydrates.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
