Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had buttons were unresponsive when customer presses.The customer stated reservoir piston was not pushing up properly so insulin was not being delivered, crack above right side top corner besides the screen.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
