Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin reservoir was broken off at the top.Customer stated unexplained no delivery alarms.Customer also reported that rewind was slow down.Troubleshooting was unknown.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
