Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error alarm, buttons were sticking.Customer stated insulin pump had diminished back light, insulin pump randomly resets, battery life last less then seven days, rejects new batteries.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
