Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was not working after putting new battery.Insulin pump had a pump error alarm after it got wet in rain.Customer was able to successfully clear the alarm.Customer stated that insulin pump was shutdown again.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will not be returned for analysis.
