Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had button.Customer stated that button were not responsive.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with keypad overlay missing.Unable to perform keypad testing.However, corrosion was found at the keypad traces.Unable to perform displacement test and self test.
