Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump had motor sensor test failure.Customer was able to clear the alarm and unable to complete rewind.Customer was performed displacement test and it was failed.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with detached end cap.Unable to perform functional testing including the displacement, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime/a33 and excessive no delivery test or verify a35 alarm due to detached end cap.
