Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump had unexpected restart alarm, button anomaly and motor error alarm.Drive support cap was flushed and it was glued.Up button did not work.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
