Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had button error alarm and act button was not working.Troubleshooting was done for keypad anomaly.Customer reported that the time was not advancing on the insulin pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
