Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump's buttons were harder to press.Customer stated the insulin pump had small crack on the corner of screen and rainbow effect on screen.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
Device passed displacement test and self test.Device received with all buttons responding properly.No damage on keypad assembly.No unlocked lcd keypad connector.Device received with cracked lcd window, minor scratched lcd window, cracked case from display window corner, cracked case and cracked reservoir tube lip.The test infusion set and reservoir does lock into place.(b)(4).
