Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had keypad anomaly, insulin flow blocked alarm.The customer was reported that up button was not responding properly, had to push down hard on it for responding.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
