Event Description
|
Information was received from the consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for spinal cord stimulation.It was reported that the patient was not feeling stimulation and ins charge level had been at 80-90% for a few weeks.Patient stated charge level does not go down.During call the patient confirmed with controller that the stim was on.

Additional information was received from the patient.It was reported that circumstances that led to the issue included that when fully charged to would go better than 2 weeks and it used very little charge.The patient was reprogrammed and it was working well.
