Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the buttons were hard to press.The customer stated that the clip on back of insulin pump was broke and insulin pump was slower rewinds, rewinds louder when they were really slow.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
