Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the customer was hospitalized due to high blood glucose.The customer blood glucose level was 476 mg/dl and 236 mg/dl.Customer reported now he got it down by giving her units of insulin but he found that there was no insulin on the insulin pump.The pump will not be returned for analysis.
