Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had error message upon battery change.Customer stated insulin pump had loses time and date settings at battery change, diminished battery life, insulin pump not downloadable for blood glucose readings, did not recognize insulin amount in reservoir.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
