Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had a partial display.Troubleshooting was performed.Customer advised there was a black line on the display and they had difficulty reading the display screen.Customer stated the battery was changed but the issue was not resolved.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
