Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump had buttons were hard to pressed.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump had to reprogrammed time after battery change and rejected new battery.The device will not be returned for analysis.

Device received with intermittent button response due to partial unlocked lcd keypad connector noted during visually inspect.Unable to perform all functional testing including the displacement, operating currents, a21 error test, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime or a33 and excessive no delivery test or verify failed battery test alert due to buttons not responding.(b)(4).
