Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump buttons were sticking.Customer stated insulin pump had changing battery more frequently, diminished battery life, did not hear alarms.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
