Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had a compromised force sensor system alarm and insulin pump was stuck on rewind.Customer stated insulin was not spouting after motor stop during fill manual process.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with blank display, problem isolated to mother board.Unable to perform operating currents, self-test, rewind test, basic occlusion test, occlusion test, prime/a33 test, excessive no delivery test and displacement test or verify a33 and motor error alarm due to blank display.
