Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced high blood glucose.Blood glucose reading was 400 mg/dl.The customer reported that the cannula was bent.The customer declined the bent cannula and high blood glucose troubleshooting.The tape was not sticking.The pump will not be returned for analysis.
