Additional information was received from the rep and it was reported that they met with the patient on (b)(6) 2020 to read her ins.The ins was acting properly and the leads all showed good impedance measurement except for electrode 6 (rougly 27,000 ohms) and electrode 7 (over 10,000 ohms). However, no program was using those electrodes. The patient will have an appointment with the healthcare provider (hcp) to see how to move forward. She is getting effective stimulation, just pain in the pocket site.
