Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump's act and down arrow buttons were harder to press.Customer reported that the insulin pump rejected new batteries and also slower to rewind.Insulin pump made louder grinding noise during rewind process and battery cap was stripped.Customer declined to troubleshooting with 24 hours helpline.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
