Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump alarmed motor error and experienced unexplained no delivery of insulin.No troubleshooting was performed on the pump due to the customer declined to report the event to the medtronic 24 hour technical support department.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
