Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump received pump error alarm.Customer reported that the insulin pump received unexplained no delivery alarms and there was a rainbow effect on the screen.Customer declined to troubleshooting with helpline.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
