Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had unexpected restart alarm multiple times during a bolus.Customer stated that, there were cracks in the pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with blank display due to moisture damage at electronic assembly.Also, moisture damage motor during visual inspection.Unable to perform operating currents, self test, a21 test, rewind test and displacement test or verify a21 alarm due to blank display.
