Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error alarm.Troubleshooting was done for motor error alarm.Customer was unable to clear the alarm and unable to rewind insulin pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
