Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump's screen had deep scratches which prevent them to saw the screen.Insulin pump received bad battery alert even with new batteries.Customer declined to troubleshooting for further issue.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
