Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump buttons were sticking.Customer stated that the insulin pump had no delivery alarm.Customer stated that the motor had sluggish and louder during rewind.Customer stated that the insulin shoots out during priming.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
