Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error and also did not power on.Customer stated insulin pump had crack starting from the battery compartment entry.Troubleshooting was performed.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device monitored for several days and no blank display noted.Device received with normal operating current.Device passed displacement test and self test, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime or a33 and excessive no delivery test.No motor error alarm noted.Motor passed motor test.Device received with broken battery tube threads and cracked reservoir tube lip.The test infusion set and reservoir does lock into place.(b)(4).
