Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump received error massage and louder when rewinding.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump was rejected new batteries and chips missing from around the area where insulin pump rewind, front screen look eroded.The device will not be returned for analysis.
