Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced low blood glucose level.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 47 mg/dl at the time of the incident.Customer was treated with juice.Customer also reported that the insulin pump had motor error and was able to clear it and rewind the insulin pump.The device will be returned for analysis.
