Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error alarm.Customer stated they were unable to clear the alarm and they were unable to rewind insulin pump.Customer stated drive support cap was protruded.Customer stated insulin pump was exposed to moisture.Troubleshooting was performed.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
