The device will not be returned for evaluation as it functions as intended.In addition, tac suggested that the customer replace the video cable as the phenomenon can reoccur.
 
Event Description
The service center was informed that a green tint was noted on the device image.The technical assistance center (tac) provided troubleshooting assistance and instructed the customer to reseat the video cable.The cable was reseated and the image issue was resolved.There was no patient involvement reported.
