Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump's act button was harder to press.Customer stated that the insulin pump had no delivery alarms.Insulin pump motor sound was labored or grinding.Insulin pump had scratches.It was harder for light to turn.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will not be returned for analysis.
