Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump act and esc buttons had to be pressed two or three times to get them to go.Customer stated insulin pump had no delivery alarm, rewind louder than before.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
