Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had squirts insulin during priming.Customer stated the insulin pump had display light dimmer, battery changed every couple of week and reset error.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
