Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had compromised force sensor system error while changing the insulin set.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will be returned for analysis.

Device received unable to perform all functional testing including the displacement, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime or a33 and excessive no delivery test or verify a33 alarm due to completely broken reservoir tube lip.Device received with broken reservoir tube lip, missing reservoir tube o ring.Cracked battery tube threads and loose drive support disk.A test reservoir was installed and did not lock in place due to complete broken reservoir tube lip.
